Definitely a little too wide. Love these shoes. Very comfortable, but I am on the fence about keeping them because they are wide. So hard to fine stylish size 5s, I might just have to deal with them being a little loose.
Deep enough for orthotics wearers (the insoles are easily removed) and wide enough for those of us with moderate bunions, these shoes are a good basic Mary Jane. I took the chance of wearing them for the first time on a business trip that involved sprinting through airports, and they were comfortable right out of the box. Good value for the money, too. On my foot, which is between 7.5 and 8, the size 8 shoe fits really well.
Decent shoe - Feels good, but not great. Very good quality construction. Lightweight yet rugged.
Deceiving - These boots look really cute online however in person they appear a bit juvenile. Meaning the whole grade school bubble young girl look. I never have an issue with sizing... I am average; however this boot fit extremely snug in the ankle and zipper area.
