AWESOME - I love this pair of shoes!!! Its width is wider than normal, so it's pretty comfortable to wear them around all day. The simple white and black design is much cuter than the standard Converse Chucks and I love the detail inside and the black sole on the bottom. They run barely slightly larger than normal, but it's not big enough to go a half size down - you're able to compensate by wearing slightly thicker socks or they'll be perfect in the winter! For me, the shoes run 1/2 size larger than certain other New Balance walking shoes (such as 749), especially in width (I still bought my usual wide width, though). At first, these sandals were very uncomfortable as they seemed too narrow. (I normally wear a B width shoe, which is what these are.) As usual, these arrived perfectly. We're in Germany Logohoo gets stuff here within about 4 days. Anyway, these shoes are really nice. But the back end is a little hard. If your child has pudgy duck feet (like mine), it's a little bit hard to pull on. After a couple wears, however, they do fit nicely. I recommend maybe putting shoe trees in them. Also, you need to spray these with the waterproofing solution. Otherwise every little stain shows up. They look really cute on my daughter; she put pink laces in them they look really nice. As other reviews have mentioned you need to size up a size or half a size. I usually wear M 8 1/2 and the 9\'s I have are a perfect fit. They are very comfortable but if you have wide feet beware. I have narrow feet and they feel a little tight. Nothing that really bothers me, but other flip flops I\'ve had I can easily slide on and off.When I walk they do squeak quite a bit. Not sure if it\'s the pair I got or all. I have a pair of leather reefs that I love. I could wear those all day in comfort. I don\'t think I would wear these if I had to do a lot of walking.

As Danskos go, this one is very light and easy to wear. It's very comfortable except for one thing. It rubbed me badly on the tops of the straps in two places after only a little over an hour of walking. It's still doing it after several wearings. In short, I love the shoe except for the rubbing, and wear it often, but only when I don't have to stand or walk for long periods of time.

As a sightseeing guide, I put a lot of miles on my shoes. Since discovering Teva ten years ago, I have not bought sneakers in about five. Got a pair of Fossil Canyons about three weeks ago and love them. They're good on Manhattan sidewalks, in the Atlantic Ocean and on the beach. They are even pretty okay for cycling, with very little side-slip in rain. The toe and ankle straps velcro into place and adjust easily for extra tightness in wet environments, avoiding that slippery sensation following midtown June thunderstorms. (Walked through a thunderstorm this afternoon while escorting a group at Sunnyside, the very steeply-sloped home of Washington Irving.) Very wet, very steep, yet no problem! If this pair continue to wear like my previous Tevas, they will be good for three years of constant walking (late April to October in NYC) and another few months until I get another pair. Nice work, designers!
