Beautiful shoe that makes me feel more graceful before I ever take a step! I like the non-holed strap, as I have slender ankles and can make fast adjustments if my feet swell while dancing. I appreciate the black sole (some other brands of similar style have natural colored sole and it stands out against the black shoe). Seems well made. Ordered a 1/2 size larger than usual since I'm having forefoot and toe pain, and will pad slightly to move foot back slightly in shoe to get more width at trouble spots. Even though I have flat arches, my feet look nice (little overhang along sides). My first pair of Blochs and I'm impressed.

Beautiful shoe and great detailing. I did order a 1/2 size up, which proved a good choice. A gorgeous shoe that can be quite versatile. The only thing I struggle with is that I have a wide foot and my little pinky toes almost peek out/hang out in the cut outs near the toe bed of the shoe. This is not a design flaw; it's simply my foot. Just be aware of this possibility if you have a wide foot (such as a D like me).

Beautiful but no ankle support - These boots are gorgeous-- but unwearable, at least for me. They were too big in the ankles and calves. The lack of ankle support means they will be going back-- there was no way my feet would have stayed securely in place. I am bummed, because they are beautiful and look great on.

Beautiful shoe! I ordered this shoe close to the end of winter and it's still too cold to wear them out. But just by trying them on around the house, I can tell they will be a summer staple. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and for a wooden shoe, they are super comfy. The leather straps are sturdy and thick. I have wide feet, so if you do too, the fit of the straps may be a bit snug, but its leather, I am sure they will "give" a bit over some time. All in all this is a gorgeous, well crafted shoe! Worth every penny!

Bearpaws keep your paws warm - I certainly can't complain about the ability of these slippers to keep my feet toasty warm. My only advice would be to consider ordering a little larger; there is so much fluffiness inside the shoe that there's hardly room for my foot! A half size up should do it.

Awkward fit - I love the look of the shoe but somehow it just doesn't fit right. It rubs on the outside of the left foot and made a sore. The lumpy insole is kind of hard to get used to. This is my second attempt with the shoe the 5 was too small. I exchanged for the 5 1/2. Now the toe box fits better but it's rubbing on the side and the heel...going to try to keep breaking it in...but if I still had the box I'd probably return it and try something else. Hoping to make it work.
