Big in the heel - Very stylish shoe, it's relatively comfortable for a dress shoe. I had to put toe pads in to keep heel from sliding off. After wearing for a few hours, heel stretched enough to slide off again. Will look at adding heel padding (half size smaller kept shoe on, but was too tight in the toes).
