A great boot, my second pair. It?s glove-soft right out of the box, no break-in whatsoever. Looks great with jeans or can be worn with slacks for a casual dress look (think Steve McQueen in Bullitt). I ordered my usual size and they fit great, nice room at the toe area, yet no heel slip. Wore these as a young lad, fun to wear them again almost every day (when not in shorts!). Not recommended as a work/hike boot at all as they are not constructed for that, but a great everyday casual, light trek type shoe. Give ?em a try.
